We are looking for a Contract and Building Maintenance Analyst to manage third-party suppliers and oversee maintenance requests for the company's facilities, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and proper operation of installations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct procurement and management of third-party suppliers for building maintenance services - Lead quotation, negotiation, and contracting processes for services (electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, etc.) - Monitor execution of third-party services, ensuring adherence to deadlines and delivery quality - Manage service contracts, tracking validity periods, adjustments, and agreed terms - Support planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities - Perform comparative analyses of budgets and technical proposals from service providers - Maintain relationships with suppliers and conduct performance evaluations of services rendered - Support cost control and budgeting related to building maintenance - Liaise with internal departments to identify and prioritize maintenance requests - Organize and maintain up-to-date records, contracts, and documentation related to performed services **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields Experience in procurement and management of suppliers or service providers Experience in quotation and negotiation processes Organizational skills, sense of priority, and analytical ability Strong communication and negotiation skills **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations Prior experience in building maintenance management **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance of BRL 500.00 Company-provided lunch at the cafeteria Performance-based bonus Transportation allowance Life insurance Unimed health and dental plan Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities **Work Location:** ---------------------- RZ REZZADORI & CIA LTDA - MATRIZ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 08:52 to 13:00 and from 14:05 to 18:45
