Job Summary: Responsible for performing operational tasks in the department, including raw material handling, weighing, bagging, and labeling, ensuring compliance with procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of essential operational tasks in the production process 2. Focus on product handling, weighing, and packaging 3. Maintenance of quality and safety standards **Purpose and Impact of the Role:** Responsible for performing tasks such as: adding raw materials to silos, weighing ingredients in the micro- and macro-weighing rooms, operating the labeling system. Primary function is to execute departmental activities in accordance with pre-established procedures (e.g., handling of raw materials and finished products; bag cutting; bagging; batch assembly, etc). **Key Responsibilities:** * Handling of raw materials and finished products; * Supplying macro ingredients and packaging materials to production lines; * Operating bagging, palletizing, and stretch film application equipment; * Replenishing inventory in the micro-weighing room; * Completing quality records; * Operating labeling equipment and applying labels to bags; * Performing area cleaning and organization. External equipment cleaning. Air cleaning; * Supervising Operations Assistants in carrying out daily production activities; * Performing other duties compatible with the Company’s safety standards, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, including operating manual or electric pallet jacks; * Adhering to occupational safety, food safety, and environmental safety standards as described in internal procedures, orientation provided during onboarding, and periodic Integrated Management System trainings; * Using Palm system for raw material consumption tracking. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed Elementary Education * Experience in the field.
