Job Summary: The Electrical and Automation Analyst will perform integrated technical work, providing commercial and technical support while conducting diagnostics and system sizing. Development of technical content and training The **Electrical and Automation Analyst** will serve as a technical liaison across company departments, supporting the commercial team with product specifications, training, and technical assistance, in addition to performing diagnostics and sizing of electromechanical systems. Key responsibilities include: * Conducting technical diagnostics and supporting commercial opportunities; * Providing technical support to sales, marketing, and customers; * Preparing technical reports and identifying retrofit and upgrade opportunities; * Developing and supporting technical content (articles, videos, and digital materials); * Delivering in-person and online technical training; * Accompanying strategic technical visits and in-company workshops; * Collecting and analyzing field technical data and updating the CRM; * Continuously suggesting improvements to enhance departmental efficiency; * Collaborating on organizing and standardizing departmental activities; * Supporting other departmental needs as required; * Complying with the company's institutional guidelines.
