Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing fiber optic networks, coordinating teams, and analyzing the performance and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. Optimization of preventive and corrective maintenance **Job Description:** ---------------------- Plan and monitor fiber optic network goals, KPIs, and preventive maintenance activities; schedule, align, and supervise internal and third-party teams; analyze network outages, root causes, definitive solutions, and related metrics (SLA / MTTR); estimate materials, services, and equipment required for preventive and corrective maintenance; create, monitor, and close service orders and maintenance windows; analyze technical reports, audits, and equipment conditions (fusion splicers, cleavers, OTDRs); document, control assets, and responsibility agreements; comply with Compliance regulations, Code of Ethics, and internal policies; travel and provide support to internal and external stakeholders as required. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields Relevant experience in the Telecommunications field Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to read and interpret Telecommunications project documentation Basic knowledge of project management, budgeting, technical standards, and fiber optic networks **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance / food voucher Starbem – Health and Well-being Teleconsultation Service Birthday day off Group life insurance Corporate University – Mhnet Ensina Internet plan discount after probation period Transportation allowance Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- CHAPECO/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
