Come join FARM! **Responsibilities and duties** * Advisory service to customers; * Be the guardian of the in-store experience, promoting the brand’s culture; * Proactively accompany the customer’s entire journey in the store, from entry to exit, ensuring a differentiated shopping experience; * Focus on customer retention and after-sales service (through the Dito tool), keeping our customers always passionate; * Manage your own sales and deliveries, ensuring efficiency; * Boost digital sales by promoting the seller's code and using social media, focusing on creating engagement and generating delight in every interaction; * Keep the store environment organized, following VM and fashion production standards; * Record digital payment sales using the Somabox tool, ensuring a fast and secure payment experience. **Requirements and qualifications** * Ability to work in a team, with a collaborative and inclusive spirit; * Good communication skills, with kindness in speaking and listening; * Interest in fashion, trends, good conversations, and passion for what you do; * Proficiency in digital tools and social media, essential for a brand that connects physical and digital spaces; * High school diploma; * Flexible availability. **Additional information** * Transportation allowance; * And the best part: discounts on FARM clothing and accessories and other brands within the SOMA group.
