Job Summary: Perform controller and cost management routines to ensure financial organization and support the executive board in decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Interface with accounting and tax departments, ensuring financial discipline. **DESCRIPTION:** Carry out **controller and cost management routines**, ensuring financial organization, strict expense control, and generation of **reliable information** to support the executive board in decision-making, with a focus on execution, control, and financial discipline. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Update the **daily cash flow**. * Control and organize **accounts payable**. * Verify and file **invoices, bank slips, and contracts**. * Develop and maintain **cost spreadsheets**. * Prepare the **managerial income statement (operational basis)**. * Monitor **budget vs. actuals**. * Organize the **payment schedule**. * Contact suppliers for **negotiation of payment terms**. * Support the executive board with **clear and objective financial information**. * Act as the interface with **outsourced accounting and tax services**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**. * Prior experience in **controller, finance, or accounts payable routines**. * Knowledge of **managerial income statements** and **Excel or Google Sheets**. **BENEFITS** * Salary; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Transportation allowance. **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday \- 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
