Job Summary: A video professional responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and managing audiovisual productions, ensuring technical and aesthetic quality across various formats. Portfolio presentation featuring previous video work Rio do Sul/SC \| On-site We value diversity and inclusion; therefore, all our positions are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD). **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, shoot, and edit institutional videos, training videos, video lectures, and coverage of in-person events; * Operate audio and video equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, and editing workstation); * Ensure technical and aesthetic quality of productions (framing, lighting, clean audio capture, and color grading); * Develop dynamic edits adapted for multiple formats (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and e-learning platforms); * Organize media archives (raw footage, projects, and final deliverables) and manage deadlines according to the production schedule. * Serve as the liaison between the company and its digital media agency partner, aligning visual guidelines, timelines, and content deliverables. **Requirements** * Proven experience in video shooting, technical direction of scenes, and video editing; * Proficiency in the Adobe suite (Premiere and After Effects) and Capcut; * Portfolio presentation featuring previous video work.
