We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build a career and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and duties** Primary document review: layout organization, verification of model topics, and comprehension analysis; Coordination with departments, technical analysis, writing improvement, approval (security, editing, controlled copies, receipt confirmation, and final approval); Delivery of controlled copies; Support to departments in using SoftExpert; Support in closing monthly indicators: cross\-checking spreadsheets vs. system data and GMC data; Review and follow\-up on GMCs (Improvement Records), support managers in completing them, critical data analysis for action plan development; Support in organizing Process and SDG events; General use of SE Suite: ticket creation, user security releases, registration of controlled copies, category and document creation; Assistance in analyzing described and pending processes: audits, alignment with reality, gap identification, follow\-up with departments; Assistance in changes and creation of flowcharts without automation; Support in small\-scale projects; **Requirements and qualifications** **Required qualifications:** Completed or ongoing high school education; **Preferred qualifications:** Experience in this role; Experience in the textile industry.
