We value quality, respect, and teamwork, and we seek individuals who want to grow along with our network. * Restock chilled and frozen goods on displays, counters, and shelves following the FIFO (First In, First Out) system and ensuring proper product presentation; * Check expiration dates, price, label, and organize products according to store layout, keeping the area always clean, fully stocked, and attractive; * Keep cold rooms and display areas clean and organized, using appropriate PPE and complying with safety and hygiene regulations; * Alert supervisors or managers about missing products, low-quality items, or approaching expiration dates, contributing to inventory management and loss prevention; * Provide courteous customer service, offering support with information and assisting in restocking other areas whenever necessary; * Supervise and guide product placement by promoters, maintaining store standardization and suggesting actions to boost sales; * Attend mandatory training sessions, such as the annual veterinarian lecture, to remain qualified as a food handler, as required by Health Surveillance; * Comply with all internal company rules, including proper uniform and PPE usage and workplace conduct, ensuring organization, safety, and excellent customer service.
