The role involves direct collaboration with engineers, field inspectors, and suppliers, contributing to the planning, execution, and control of construction projects, maintenance services, and improvements to the highway network under concession. **Main Activities:** * Support the control and organization of projects, technical documents, and construction records; * Assist in developing and updating physical and financial schedules; * Control documentation for construction and service contracts (service orders, addenda, measurements, etc.); * Enter data into corporate systems (ERP) and engineering control spreadsheets; * Monitor the approval workflow for construction and service measurements with suppliers and internal departments; * Support preparation of management reports, presentations, and performance indicators for the department; * Manage technical correspondence, permits, notifications, and other communications with regulatory agencies; * Provide logistical support for meetings, technical visits, audits, and inspections; * Ensure compliance with internal standards, contractual requirements, and applicable legislation governing the concession sector; * Collaborate with field and administrative teams to ensure project information integrity and up-to-date status; Support preparation and monitoring of measurements for executed services, ensuring accuracy and contractual compliance; * Assist in analyzing and reviewing service contracts, identifying inconsistencies and improvement opportunities; * Support preparation and documentation of contractual addenda, ensuring proper registration and approval; * Monitor and control material supply, ensuring availability and quality of inputs required for project execution; * Support direct billing processes, assisting with issuance and control of invoices related to services rendered and materials supplied; * Assist in creating and updating project schedules using project management tools; * Track progress against planned activities, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions to ensure adherence to deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education (preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or related fields); Basic knowledge of highway infrastructure engineering and road construction and maintenance processes (intermediate level) and Microsoft Office suite; Basic understanding of construction regulations and permitting; Familiarity with project management tools and schedule control; Document and information organization and control skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management systems; Knowledge of construction management and planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera); Understanding of environmental licensing processes and environmental impact control; Experience with construction audits and inspections. **Additional Information** On-site work in Chapadão do Sul/MS Working hours follow standard administrative schedule (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; Unimed Health Plan (National); Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); **We welcome all candidates in our selection processes. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. manages the MS-112 highway and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), covering 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment extends 18.10 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. manages the BR-262 highway concession segment beginning at kilometer 360+100, at its junction with BR-381 in Betim, and ending at kilometer 799, at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concession segment lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
