If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a results-oriented and excellence-driven team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for executing and controlling the concessionaire’s financial routines, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, cash flow control, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. Works with a focus on compliance, organization, and accuracy, meeting internal requirements and regulatory agency mandates for the road infrastructure sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring adherence to deadlines and contractual obligations; * Perform financial postings and bank reconciliations, verifying statements, balances, and financial transactions; * Support the development and updating of financial control spreadsheets and cash flow forecasts; * Assist in organizing fiscal documents, bills, payment receipts, and contracts; * Support unit budgetary control by posting entries and tracking expenses by cost center; * Contribute to preparing periodic financial reports and accountability submissions to regulatory agencies; * Interact with departments such as Accounting, Procurement, and Legal to ensure financial data compliance; * Support internal and external audits by organizing required documents and evidence; * Enter financial information into company systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Ability to maintain organized and accessible financial records and documents; Accuracy and attention to detail when entering financial data and verifying documents; Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers, clients, and other departments; Skill to quickly identify and resolve financial issues; Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously; Familiarity with financial management systems or ERP software; Commitment to confidentiality and integrity of financial information; Desirable: Basic knowledge of financial routines, cash flow, bank reconciliation, and Excel. **Additional Information** On-site work in Chapadão do Sul/MS; Administrative working hours (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Unimed Health Plan (National); Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. For the Way-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its intersection with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. manages the concession for MS-112 and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends from its intersection with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its intersection with the same federal highway in Cassilândia—a distance of 200.5 kilometers. The BR-158 segment under concession runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its intersection with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment spans from its intersection with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge—a distance of 18.10 kilometers—and crosses six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. manages the BR-262 concession, covering the stretch beginning at km 360+100—its intersection with BR-381 in Betim—to km 799—its intersection with BR-050 in Uberaba—for a total length of 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
