THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION LEARNING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Information Technology Instructor
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call-up; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**Job Summary:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the institutional educational pillars, and facilitates the learning process of students in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

**EDUCATION:**
COMPLETED BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION SYSTEMS, COMPUTER ENGINEERING, OR RELATED FIELDS.
Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**EXPERIENCE:**
1\) PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE DELIVERING TRAININGS OR COURSES IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, PROGRAMMING, AND/OR NETWORK MAINTENANCE.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via:
a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a detailed description of duties;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature consistent with the requirements stated in this Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying tasks performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.

**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New Orthographic Agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (Common to all positions):**
Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Computer architecture fundamentals. Computer networking fundamentals: network protocols, clients and servers. Operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista. Installation, account management, user files, network configuration, backup procedures, physical installation of computer networks. Windows operating system. Email: Microsoft Outlook. File transfer (FTP). Lesson plan development. Didactic-pedagogical fundamentals. Instructional resources. Training outcome evaluation techniques. Training and Development. Autonomous Social Services. Common knowledge inherent to the position.
