Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance on AGCO agricultural equipment; assemble and test equipment after maintenance completion; Conduct diagnosis of complex failures; Install, configure, and calibrate auto-steer and GPS systems; Interpret diagrams; Maintain CVT transmissions; List required parts and tools, and deliver replaced parts to the customer; Accurately record all work performed, downtime, and events in the daily report, and follow all recommendations (inspections and maintenance) related to the work vehicle; Administer field services via Dealer software and complete Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Driver’s license category B; * Reside in Chapadão do Sul \- MT; * Availability for flexible hours and travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; Prior experience at an agricultural dealership is a plus; * **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
