Job Summary: Performs mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance on AGCO agricultural equipment, including diagnostics, installation, and calibration of systems. Performs diagnosis of complex failures Description: * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license category B; * Reside in CHAPADÃO DO SUL\-MS; * Availability for flexible working hours and travel; * Experience with maintenance of agricultural machinery; * Prior work experience at an agricultural dealership is a plus; * Technical vocational training in a related field is a plus. * Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance on AGCO agricultural equipment, as well as assemble and test equipment after maintenance completion; * Diagnose complex failures; * Install, configure, and calibrate auto-guidance and GPS systems; * Interpret diagrams; * Maintain CVT transmissions; * Prepare lists of required parts and tools, and deliver replaced parts to the customer after repair; * Accurately record all work performed, downtime, and events in the daily service report, and follow all vehicle-related recommendations (inspections and maintenance); * Administer field services via the Dealer platform and complete Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; * Monitor customer portfolio; 2511260202401887373
