Perform diagnostics for maintenance and repair of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems to ensure vehicles remain fully operational, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and achievement of business unit goals. * Diagnose root causes of vehicle issues; * Contribute to achieving the workshop’s repair accuracy performance indicator; * Support adherence to service deadlines; * Provide technical reception team support; * Ensure vehicle repairs and maintenance are completed; * Assist with departmental requirements; * Guarantee individual safety and contribute to collective safety in the workplace; * Participate in manufacturer and/or Enzo Group training programs and implement proposed actions according to pre\-established guidelines.
