The role involves construction, maintenance, preservation, and expansion projects for road networks, ensuring durability, functionality, and safety of highways under the concessionaire's management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, analyze, and review engineering projects related to road infrastructure, including pavement, drainage, signage, special structures (bridges, overpasses), and road safety devices; * Supervise and oversee maintenance, expansion, or new highway construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and established schedules; * Control the quality of executed services and materials used, performing inspections and technical tests according to required standards (DNIT, ANTT, ABNT); * Support preparation of budgets, physical-financial schedules, and work measurements for contractual control and accountability purposes; * Monitor technical performance indicators (e.g., IRI, pavement condition, drainage and signage status) and propose corrective/preventive actions; * Prepare technical reports, inspection records, expert opinions, and photographic documentation to track and verify performed activities; * Analyze and approve access and interference projects within the right-of-way, ensuring road safety and integrity; * Coordinate and supervise technological control tests for materials (soil, asphalt, concrete) used in highway construction; * Collaborate with operational, environmental, and safety departments to ensure integrated action in road infrastructure maintenance and development; * Support technical audit processes and regulatory agency visits (ANTT, DER, etc.) by providing requested technical data and information. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; **Registration: Active registration with CREA;** Preferred experience in highway infrastructure projects and works, especially in concessions or public contracts; Driver’s License: Category B. **Additional Information** On-site work in Chapadão do Sul/MS; Administrative working hours (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; Unimed Health Plan (National); Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass). **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. Way-153, located between Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil together with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform jointly owned with Itaú Bank—with expertise across various business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. is responsible for administering the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. is responsible for the concession of MS-112 and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 runs from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, spanning 200.5 kilometers. The BR-158 concession section extends from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 section runs from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. is responsible for the BR-262 concession, covering the stretch from km 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way-153** – Concessionária Rota Sertaneja MG-GO is responsible for 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned stretch begins on BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) up to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG — from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG — from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to its junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, Veríssimo. **Way-364** – Concessionária da Rodovia BR-364 MT S.A., a company of Grupo Way Brasil, assumed responsibility for 30 years for administration, recovery, preservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway sections. The federal concession is a project implemented across Mato Grosso and Goiás States, including the city of Rondonópolis/MT, located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the second-highest GDP in the state. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364—highways transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
