You will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments of the company, helping maintain internal processes efficiently. Apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform, with diligence and care, the tasks necessary for professional training, especially those listed below: * Register document entry and exit; * Verify invoices, payment bills, and bank slips; * Complete forms and/or registrations; * Type texts and spreadsheets; * Provide operational support for drafting technical manuals; * Monitor order progress; * Receive clients and/or suppliers; * Provide administrative support to the HR department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be aged 14 to 24 years old; * Be currently enrolled in Elementary or High School, or have already completed High School; **Additional Information** * 4-hour workday; * Meal allowance; * *"Day off"* \- day off on your birthday; * Potential for career advancement within the company and expansion of administrative skills; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
