Job Mission: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to Information Technology and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for the business unit, ensuring availability, security, performance, and technological evolution of corporate and operational systems supporting highway network management, user service, and contractual compliance. Main Responsibilities: Information Technology (IT) Management: * Manage the unit’s technological infrastructure (network, servers, links, devices, backup, and information security). * Coordinate technical support for users, ensuring agile and effective service. * Ensure availability and integrity of corporate and operational systems (ERP, CRM, maintenance systems, inventory control, etc.). * Plan and execute digital transformation projects and technological improvements. * Manage contracts with technology and IT service providers. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, LGPD, and cybersecurity standards. * Control departmental budget and seek efficiency in technology investments. ITS Management: * Plan, deploy, and maintain ITS systems used on the highway, including: o CCTV (video monitoring), o VMS (variable message signs), o Speed cameras, OCR (license plate recognition), o Traffic and speed sensors, o Weather stations, o Weigh-in-motion systems, o Vehicle and operator communication systems. * Ensure effective integration of ITS systems with the Operational Control Center (OCC). * Supervise field operation and maintenance of ITS devices. * Monitor ITS system performance KPIs and propose continuous improvements. * Support operations, engineering, and user service departments in data-driven decision-making. * Manage contracts with ITS system and equipment suppliers. * Ensure systems comply with concession agreement requirements set by regulatory agencies (ANTT, ARTESP, DNIT, etc.). Job Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in IT and technology systems management applied to infrastructure or transportation. * Knowledge of ITS systems and their applications in highway operations. * Experience managing technology projects and service provision contracts. * Analytical capability, systemic vision, focus on innovation, and integration between technology and operations. * Desired certifications: ITIL, COBIT, PMP, ISO 27001, CCNA, among others. * Desired experience with highway sector regulatory agencies. Internal and External Relationships: * Internally: Reports to the business unit’s executive management and collaborates with Operations, Engineering, User Service, Procurement, and Finance departments. * Externally: Interfaces with technology vendors, service providers, equipment manufacturers, regulatory agencies, and corporate headquarters. Governance and Corporate Alignment: * Implement locally the strategies, policies, standards, and guidelines defined by the corporate IT and ITS structure. * Ensure compliance with corporate procedures regarding information security, business continuity, compliance, and data governance. * Guarantee standardization and integration of the unit’s systems with corporate solutions, respecting architecture and technical requirements.
