Collaborating with the team to resolve network issues **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be determined **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Perform optical fiber splicing, ensuring connection quality and efficiency. * Conduct continuity and signal loss tests after splicing using appropriate equipment. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, ensuring safety during task execution. * Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve optical fiber network-related issues. * Document splicing procedures and test results. * Participate in training and capacity-building sessions to stay updated on new technologies and procedures. * Work on-site, performing maintenance and installations as required by project demands. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of optical fiber splicing and testing equipment. * Ability to read and interpret optical fiber network design documents. * Experience in installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems. * Ability to work effectively in a team and solve problems efficiently. * Willingness to travel and work on-site.
