Conduct training and continuous technical team development **Operational Coordinator (Fiber Optics)** ------------------------------------------ ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the technical team responsible for fiber optic network installations, maintenance, and repairs. * Plan and assign daily tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Monitor performance indicators (SLA, response time, customer satisfaction). * Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues. * Implement and monitor field safety procedures and best work practices. * Conduct training and continuous technical team development. * Prepare management reports on productivity, recurring failures, and required improvements. * Interact with customers in critical situations, ensuring clear communication and rapid resolution. ### **Desired Profile** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience coordinating field technical teams. * Solid knowledge of fiber optic networks. * People management and leadership skills. * Strong communication skills and results orientation.
