In the Marketing department, we work with creativity and planning, connecting people and strengthening the Castrillon brand across all regions where we operate. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct quotes and negotiations with local and regional radio and TV stations; evaluate commercial proposals and prepare comparative media reports. * Support the organization and execution of internal and external events, including logistics, supplier coordination, and monitoring of activities. * Handle customer service (SAC) on social media platforms such as Reclame Aqui, recording feedback and directing requests to the responsible departments. * Manage the quotation, control, and distribution process of promotional items to company units. * Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, consolidating results. * Enter invoices into the financial system. * Monitor and consolidate department payment and expense spreadsheets. * Track design requests and demands with partner agencies, monitoring delivery deadlines. * Conduct monthly inventory of promotional items and update stock control reports. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in **Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Administration**, or related fields. Intermediate level in **Excel/Google Sheets**. Previous experience in **administrative and financial routines**. Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail.
