




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT labor code * Develop and monitor compliance with safety programs such as PPRA (PGR), PCMSO (in coordination with the medical team), LTCAT, PCA, PPR, and other programs applicable to the agro-industrial sector; * Identify, assess, and control occupational hazards in environments including fields, warehouses, factories, and workshops; * Develop action plans for accident prevention, focusing on safe behavior and risk reduction; * Investigate accidents and incidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures; * Coordinate safety campaigns, mandatory training (NRs), and awareness-raising activities with teams; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards and applicable occupational health and safety legislation in rural and industrial settings; * Manage safety indicators (e.g., accidents, absences, audits, etc.) and propose continuous improvements; * Participate in internal and external audits, representing the area technically; * Collaborate with other departments (HR, Production, Maintenance, Legal) to integrate safety initiatives into operations. **Requirements:** * Driver’s license, Category B; * Completed degree in Engineering with specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering (CREA registration mandatory); * Experience in the agribusiness sector is considered an advantage; * Knowledge of technical report writing, expert opinions, and safety training; * Proficiency in safety management tools and OHS indicators; * Strong communication skills, technical leadership, a preventive mindset, and ability to work effectively in field environments. **Benefits:** Education allowance, Health insurance, Life insurance, Meal voucher
