**CRANE/CLAW OPERATOR** **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * Elementary education **Responsibilities:** * Operate fixed crane, activating its controls through buttons and levers, to supply machine with tires and materials to be shredded. * Operate fixed crane, assisting in unloading tires and materials to be shredded. * Check equipment usage conditions and report any irregularities, failures, or maintenance needs to supervisor. * Ensure proper use of equipment to keep it in good working condition. * During various operation phases, take necessary precautions and safety measures to prevent accidents, spills, and dropping of loads or materials being moved. * Operate forklift to transport or move materials when necessary. * Perform other related tasks compatible with the role as needed or directed by supervisor. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Complete elementary education and practical operational training; * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in crane operator position or 2 years in related field; * Forklift Operator Training Course (NR 11); * Stationary Crane Operator Training Course (NR 11); **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 17:30 and Friday: 07:30 to 16:30 hrs. **INITIAL SALARY:** R$ 11.36/HOUR – average of 220 fixed monthly hours. **BENEFITS OFFERED:** * Food Allowance: R$ 420.00; * Medical Insurance (Employee): Unimed National; * Dental Plan: No cost; * Life Insurance: No cost; * Shuttle Bus/Transportation Voucher: 6% discount Job type: Full-time Pay: R$2,452.10 - R$2,975.07 per month
