





Description: * Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in administrative routines (experience in Recruitment & Selection is a plus). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. Behavioral Competencies: * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Ethics and confidentiality regarding candidate information. * Support in posting, promoting, and tracking job openings across various channels. * Conduct initial resume screening and preliminary contact with candidates. * Schedule interviews, group activities, and assessments, providing support to department managers. * Assist in administering, organizing, and grading psychological and/or technical assessments (where applicable). * Update spreadsheets, reports, and Recruitment & Selection systems. * Track and relay feedback to candidates throughout the selection process. * Support employer branding initiatives (promoting the employer brand on social media and at events). 2512080202191910383
