Multifunctional and collaborative work **Operational Assistant (Night Shift)** **Location**: Várzea Grande Airport – Cuiabá/MT **Company**: BRT Lounges **BRT Lounges** is a benchmark in premium hospitality and currently operates 6 VIP lounges across Brazil, offering comfort, quality, and excellence to passengers. We are seeking **two (2) Operational Assistants** to work the night shift at the unit located at the **Várzea Grande Airport (Cuiabá)**, supporting lounge operations and ensuring the customer experience maintains the brand standard in every detail. This is a **strategic position** for the unit’s nighttime operations, requiring organization, proactivity, and operational awareness. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the lounge team during the night shift * Assist with inventory control and organization * Provide support to reception and kitchen staff as needed * Assist with guest check-in and direction * Support overall environmental organization * Contribute to maintaining the unit’s quality and service standards **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic Excel knowledge for control and recordkeeping * Organized, proactive, and collaborative profile * Ability to work effectively in a multifunctional capacity * Availability for night shift work * Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, airports, or operational areas is desirable * **English proficiency is considered a plus (with additional compensation for bilingual professionals)** **Working Hours** * 12x36 shift schedule * 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM * **(With statutory night shift allowance)** **Benefits** * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance * Meal allowance per working day * Dental plan * Life insurance If you seek to work in a dynamic environment upholding excellence standards and focused on customer experience, join our team and contribute to BRT Lounges’ premium hospitality. ✨ Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1.700,00 – R$1.979,00 per month Workplace: On-site
