Work Location: City, State (Operation Name) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect the quality of executed services, completing reports and daily construction logs together with the site supervisor; monitor works with photographs of completed services; internally control equipment rented for the site; and comply with project specifications under supervision; * Verify daily the presence of the contractor’s personnel on-site, reporting to the site supervisor and also informing the HR department of the list of personnel; * Monitor Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), complying with the company’s standards and procedures; * Supervise technological controls on-site, usage of construction materials (formwork, steel, concrete, etc.), and improvement works on access routes to Water Treatment Plants and/or Sewage Treatment Plants (WTPs / STPs); * Prepare weekly progress charts reflecting physical advancement of the project, gathering necessary information for subcontractor measurement preparation; * Prepare documentation related to drawings, including organizing, copying, interleaving, and binding as requested, meeting required standards; * Operate company vehicles when external service is required, ensuring safety and compliance with established traffic regulations. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical Education Building Technician qualification. Desirable: Pursuing Civil Engineering degree; Desirable: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Mandatory: Driver’s License Category B.
