




Responsible for admission and termination routines, conducting employee admissions, performing termination calculations, processing payroll calculations in the system (Rubi/Senior), registering and terminating employees, managing and recording vacations, processing and monitoring leaves and absences, generating food vouchers and managing VA, controlling and recording Unimed health plan, controlling daily workers, time clock records (EBL), checking and recording meal entries, Domestic E-Social, submitting obligations: Caged and Sefip, generating tax/charge forms: FGTS, INSS, IRRF, DIRF and RAIS (annual), monitoring union processes and CCT changes, performing and managing time closure, generating personnel reports, payroll processing for 120 employees, among other duties. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law or related fields, preferably with specialization, proven experience in the role (management level), proficiency in labor calculations, payroll, knowledge of labor legislation, E-Social and Accounting. Advanced skills in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Rubi / Vetor RH systems and experience in the Agribusiness sector will be an advantage. **Mon. to Fri. from 8am to 6pm (1h30 lunch break).
