




**DESCRIPTION** We are seeking professionals who are eager to learn, committed to themselves and to the organization’s goals, and who uphold values such as punctuality, teamwork, and strong oral and written communication skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preliminary analysis of service requests related to the daily operations of companies that have purchased licenses for our software; * Proposing solutions for discrepancies between the client’s business processes and the software’s functionalities; * Developing and executing support schedules aligned with the software’s functionalities; * Training users on software usage; * Supporting new clients during the initial software implementation phase; * Providing support to EGS Sistemas’ customer portfolio; * Assisting the internal team of specialists; * Delivering multi-channel support to our customer portfolio via tools such as live chat and telephone calls, clarifying doubts and guiding customers on the correct use of our solutions; * Logging technical support tickets; * Assisting in the creation of technical manuals for software usage. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating enterprise management software; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in tax-related activities, including issuing electronic documents such as NF-e (Electronic Invoice), CT-e (Electronic Transport Document), and MDF-e (Electronic Fiscal Document Manifest); * Hands-on experience in tax, financial, accounting, sales, inventory, and other areas related to enterprise management; * IT knowledge related to software installation, file downloading, and remote computer access; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (e.g., Administration, Economics, or Accounting) Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: BRL 1,700.00 – BRL 2,300.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Preferred) * Administration (Preferred) * Customer service (Mandatory)
