





As a Fundraising Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for managing and overseeing the performance of our fundraising team. Your mission will be to lead, guide, and ensure the team achieves its strategic goals, guaranteeing excellence throughout the entire fundraising process—from prospecting to client relationship management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, motivate, and develop a team of fundraising analysts and specialists; * Manage client distribution, assignments, and workload within the team; * Periodically evaluate team performance, proposing and implementing adjustments to optimize results; * Ensure achievement of established targets; * Supervise the creation of materials by the team (sales presentations, documents, fundraising plans, and outreach sequences); * Review and organize the submission of applications and forms; * Ensure proper use and data entry in the CRM system by the team; * Implement agreed-upon process improvements and innovations in collaboration with other departments; * Support client relationships in complex or conflict situations, acting as escalation point; * Guide and participate in meetings between companies and Rede Igapó; * Ensure smooth coordination and communication with other Nexo and Igapó teams. **Requirements** * Strong communication skills; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of sales techniques such as Storytelling and Copywriting; * Must reside in one of the following states: Amazonas, Pará, Rondônia, Roraima, Acre, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Tocantins, or Amapá. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience in fundraising through Federal Incentive Laws; * Background working with Incentive Laws; * Prior experience in startup environments or fast-paced organizations.
