





**Description:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Financial Management, Management Processes, or related fields. **Knowledge:** Desirable knowledge of practices related to personnel training. Proficiency with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook). Basic knowledge of fiscal/financial/accounting routines. **Requirements:** Experience in business areas related to the field of activity. Customer service experience is desirable. Teamwork experience is desirable. Knowledge of ERP software implementation and/or usage will be an advantage. Travel availability is required. Configure the ERP according to previously established specifications. Train clients and users on how to use the CIGAM tool, enabling them to utilize the available system resources. Support the Implementation Consultant by performing support and maintenance activities for scheduled deliveries. Study company products technically in order to represent them effectively. Follow procedures established by the CIGAM Implementation Methodology (MIC). Daily register all executed internal or external activities (service orders) in the Service Management module. Validate implemented processes and customizations. Perform and prepare simulations of the production environment. Monitor usage and adjustments in the client's production environment (database). Support the sales department during system presentations. Assist in developing ERP CIGAM training materials. Conduct in-person and/or remote ERP CIGAM training sessions. Periodically participate in critical analysis meetings regarding implementation processes at the client site together with project managers.
