Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Support financial department activities, including financial and tax policies, budget planning, registration of payable accounts by entering data into the system, document filing, supplier communication, verification of processes, and contact with suppliers to ensure payments are settled within established procedures and deadlines; * Assist in the accurate reconciliation of the organization's financial movements, working under supervision, by analyzing payment requests issued by departments, preparing reports containing relevant financial transaction details, reconciling reports against bank statements, and subsequently recording entries into the computerized system in compliance with internal and tax procedures. * Contribute to the analysis and registration of contracts with suppliers, receive, review, and file documents submitted by service providers, submit payment releases for higher approval, and monitor the accounts payable portfolio. * Perform validation of payments, coverage checks, and current account reconciliations, process receipt settlements, generate reports, and maintain controls for short/long-term operations, providing cash flow information and short-term financial position reporting; * Issue financial management reports on accounts payable through systematic monitoring of daily transactions, negotiation rates for early payment and receivables; * Respond to information requests regarding financial operations from other organizational areas and/or external auditors; * Contribute to the proper control of various departmental documents by organizing them according to subject and transaction dates; * Carry out other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided they are within the employee's qualifications, knowledge, and experience.
