**Shirlene Oliveira – People Management Consulting** is conducting a selection process for a client company in the **IT and Information Technology (IT) sector**, specialized in marketing technology products and solutions for individual and corporate customers.
We seek an **IT/Computer Salesperson** to provide customer service, conduct consultative sales, and support commercial operations, with emphasis on results, service quality, and customer retention.
**Position:** IT/Computer Salesperson
**Responsibilities and Activities**
* Provide in-person, telephone, and digital-channel customer service;
* Identify customer needs through consultative service;
* Sell IT/computer products such as computers, laptops, components, peripherals, accessories, networking equipment, printers, and supplies;
* Provide basic technical guidance regarding product features, compatibility, and applications;
* Prepare quotations and close sales;
* Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment methods according to company policies;
* Offer complementary products and services (upgrades, warranties, assembly, technical support);
* Monitor post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction;
* Support exchange, return, and warranty processes;
* Organize store layout, display windows, and product presentation;
* Assist in inventory control and restocking;
* Register sales in the system and keep records updated;
* Meet individual and team targets;
* Participate in training on new products and sales techniques.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education;
* Preferred: currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, IT, Commercial Management, or related fields;
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of computing, hardware, peripherals, and general technology;
* Prior experience in wholesale or retail IT sales is considered a plus;
* Proficiency in sales systems, WhatsApp, internet, and online sales channels;
* Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to negotiate effectively in person and over the phone;
* Interest in technology and continuous learning.
