Job Summary: We are seeking a hybrid professional for project management and SAP expertise, working on highly complex global projects and the transition to S/4HANA, with a focus on Brazil operations. Interaction with diverse technologies and participation in all types of projects. **What We Are Looking For?** We seek a hybrid-profile professional who combines strong project management capabilities with solid technical experience in the SAP ecosystem. We are looking for someone with experience in highly complex global projects, capable of strategically leading the transition from a highly customized ECC environment to a global S/4HANA template. The ideal candidate must possess analytical vision, resilience, and the ability to lead technical and functional discussions within a complex landscape, balancing global project guidelines with the specific needs of Brazil operations — including impacts related to Tax Reform. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement capability (both technical and executive), and advanced English proficiency for a global environment are also essential. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in SAP implementation, rollout, transformation, or migration projects to S/4HANA. * Technical knowledge of SAP integration architecture, including SAP PI/PO, CPI, and/or SAP BTP. * Experience in global rollout projects and adaptation of Global Templates. * Knowledge of Brazil Localization processes, including taxation, ancillary obligations, and local accounting practices. * Ability to analyze existing ECC customizations, supporting migration, adaptation, or standardization strategies in S/4HANA. * Experience managing international stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams. * Completed undergraduate degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage integrations for the SAP ECC to S/4HANA rollout project, ensuring adherence to the global template. * Monitor schedules, dependencies, and technical deliverables related to project integrations. * Act as the primary interface between business areas, technical teams, and partners involved in integrations. * Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks related to Brazil Localization and global template adaptation. * Ensure data integrity and continuity of business processes during migration and transformation phases. * Support the transition of legacy ECC customizations to solutions aligned with S/4HANA best practices. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Up-to-date knowledge of Tax Reform impacts in SAP environments. • Active SAP certifications. • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile practices. * Experience in long-term global projects with internationally distributed teams. **Location:** Belo Horizonte – MG **Language:** Advanced English **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic and challenging environment where professionals have the opportunity to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil — and why not, the world?
