The role’s mission is to drive team performance, ensure an excellent shopping experience, and achieve the targets set by the company. **Responsibilities** * Manage the sales team, cashiers, and warehouse staff * Monitor and develop the team: training, feedback, and organizational climate * Ensure excellence in customer service and client experience * Manage KPIs and develop actions to improve results * Inventory organization, control, and maintenance of store standards * Direct contribution to brand strengthening and commercial performance improvement **Requirements** * Retail experience, preferably in intimate apparel, apparel, or related sectors * Proven experience leading teams and managing stores (minimum 3 years) * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours * Analytical, communicative profile with strong motivation for results Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1,657.77 – R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
