Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for safeguarding the Entity's assets, ensuring site security, and monitoring personnel movement. Key Highlights: 1. Stay updated on new procedures Safeguard the Entity's assets by paying attention to the movement of unfamiliar individuals and any other situations deviating from routine, thereby ensuring site security. **Education:** Completed high school; door supervision or security training is desirable **Experience:** 6 months of experience in related activities **Knowledge:** Handling cleaning materials ü Safeguard the Entity's assets by paying attention to the movement of unfamiliar individuals and any other situations deviating from routine, thereby ensuring site security; ü Monitor personnel entry and exit at the Entity to prevent accidents or situations that may compromise their physical integrity; ü Record and report any risk or incident involving the Entity's assets or staff security to leadership; ü Provide reception services when necessary; ü Perform tasks according to leadership instructions and service priorities, adhering to the Entity's standards and procedures with quality and safety; ü Maintain equipment, instruments, assets, and consumable materials assigned to them, requesting maintenance, repairs, and replenishment from relevant departments whenever necessary; ü Keep the workplace clean and organized, disposing of activity-generated waste in appropriate containers and locations, preserving occupational health and environmental aspects; ü Support leadership on matters related to their area of responsibility, identifying and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining applicable procedures and actions; ü Comply with occupational safety regulations, using personal and collective protective equipment; ü Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to their area of responsibility; ü Perform other related duties as requested.
