This recognition reflects our commitment to our employees’ well-being and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Organize and coordinate monthly service order measurement reports; * Implement the project management methodology established by EGP; * Evaluate quality and validate deliverables jointly with leadership; * Support supplier and service provider contracts; * Support scheduling, develop, and monitor service order timelines; * Develop project initiation, planning, monitoring, and execution; * Regularly report project status; * Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation across all project phases (Document Management); * Maintain updated control and management tools to ensure operational efficiency. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, MBA, or related fields is desirable; * Experience in Public Administration is a differentiating factor. **PARTNERSHIPS****:** * Gympass * Corporate University * Discount partnership program (psychologists, nutritionists, universities, accounting services, etc.) * A human-centered and collaborative culture.
