SharePoint Developer Analyst (Mid-Level, Hybrid/BH)

Focus on Self-Management, Collaboration, and Proactivity **We are BHS!** With 31 years of experience in the market, we deliver modern IT solutions. **We are recognized as the BEST** company to work for in **MG and IT in BRAZIL by GPTW \- Great Place to Work**, and ranked as the 4th best company to work for in the **LATAM** category. **What do we expect from you?** * Ability to build relationships with people from different departments and various hierarchical levels; * Self-management; * Collaboration; * Proactivity and willingness to work outside your comfort zone; * Someone eager to be part of amazing projects and highly motivated to learn, teach, and grow alongside BHS. **Responsibilities and Duties****Your activities will include:** * Creating, configuring, and maintaining sites, libraries, lists, and permissions in SharePoint Online; * Integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook, Power Apps); * Using Power BI to create dashboards; * Using Power Apps and/or Power Automate; * Procedure rules and synchronization; * Providing second-level technical support, resolving issues and implementing improvements; * Documenting implemented solutions, access methods, and integrations; * Aligning with business areas to resolve integration or synchronization issues. **Requirements and Qualifications****We seek a candidate with experience in:** * SharePoint; * Knowledge of creating and administering sites, lists, libraries, and permissions in SharePoint; * Experience with Power BI (publishing dashboards to SharePoint); * Basic knowledge of Python or C\# to support custom integrations; * Strong communication skills for interaction with end-user departments; * Organizational skills and ability to document technical processes; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Power Automate (workflows and integrations); * Familiarity with Power Apps and form customization; * Basic knowledge of SAP. **Additional Information** **What can you expect from us?** At BHS, your well-being is our top priority.
