Job Summary: A multifunctional kitchen professional responsible for preparing savory snacks, broths, various dishes, and maintaining cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Varied production of baked and fried savory snacks, cookies, and raindrop fritters. 2. Preparation of broths, canjica (sweet corn pudding), sweet rice pudding, tropeiro (Brazilian bean-and-cassava dish), codfish stew, and meats. 3. Responsibility for preparing ingredients, seasonings, doughs, and fillings. ✔ **Prepare baked and fried savory snacks, sweet and savory fried cookies, and raindrop fritters;** ✔ **Prepare broths, canjica (sweet corn pudding), sweet rice pudding, tropeiro (Brazilian bean-and-cassava dish), codfish stew, meats, and other items;** ✔ **Prepare all ingredients;** ✔ **Prepare seasonings;** ✔ **Prepare doughs and fillings according to recipes and standards;** ✔ **Shape savory snacks for baking or frying;** ✔ **Bread and egg-coat fried savory snacks;** ✔ **Bake and fry items as instructed by the Production Manager in coordination with Store Managers;** ✔ **Reheat broths for store replenishment;** ✔ **Clean worktables, stoves, and utensils;** ✔ **Respond to Store Managers’ requests;** ✔ **Maintain a clean and organized workplace; **About this position, the details are as follows:** **✔ Working hours: 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM;** **✔ Work schedule: One fixed day off per week + one weekend off per month;** **✔ To be determined** **✔ Transportation allowance or Fuel/Mobility allowance (can be registered via Uber or 99pop apps — no 6% deduction);** **✔ Product bonus at the store;** **✔ On-site snack.** **We are located at Avenida dos Engenheiros, 1550 – Castelo neighborhood, Belo Horizonte.** **Would you like to attend an interview at our headquarters?** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$2.000,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your address?
