We are seeking a **Production Supervisor** to lead our facility, ensuring maximum industrial yield and seamless coordination among support departments. If you possess strong technical expertise in batch processes and a metrics-driven management profile, this is your place! **Responsibilities and duties** In this role, you will have a systemic presence, serving as the focal point of industrial operations: * **Industrial Management:** Supervise shift-based production processes, ensuring quality and yield in the production of meals (bone and blood) and bovine tallow. * **Process Control:** Manage batch production, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. * **Strategic Vision (KPIs):** Monitor and analyze production indicators, proposing continuous improvements to optimize costs and productivity. * **Multidisciplinary Coordination:** Lead and integrate teams from **Maintenance, Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Yard, and Utilities**, ensuring support areas operate synergistically with production. * **People Management:** Coordinate work schedules, training, and technical development of the operational team, fostering a culture of safety and high performance. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Education:** Completed High School. * **Experience:** Proven experience supervising industrial production in grease plants; knowledge of **batch processes** is essential. * **Technical Competencies:** Experience managing performance indicators (OEE, yield, losses) and understanding of industrial maintenance and utilities. * **Availability:** Flexibility to work and monitor operations across different shifts, and willingness to reside in Vitória de Santo Antão/PE. * **Profile:** Resilient leadership, analytical problem-solving ability, and excellent interpersonal communication. Biograx is a GREASE PLANT that collects and processes bovine animal waste, such as: BONES, SKIN, VISCERA, and HEADS. At our facility, we produce MEAT MEAL and BLOOD MEAL used for animal feed for POULTRY, PETS, and SWINE. We also process OIL: raw material arrives in its natural state, is ground and cooked to separate liquid from solid, then pressed to extract all liquid, which is heated and centrifuged to remove impurities, resulting in VEGETABLE OIL destined for BIODIESEL industries.
