Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Maintenance Operator to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in cement bagging operations, strengthening production and participating in maintenance activities. Key Highlights: 1. Operate bagging and palletizing machines with a focus on quality and production. 2. Actively participate in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. 3. Ensure equipment availability and productivity within the area. **How you will contribute to this challenge:** CBMC is undergoing expansion; we seek a Maintenance Operator committed to ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in cement bagging, thereby strengthening our production. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Operating cement bagging and palletizing machines, ensuring correct bagging according to quality and production standards * Participating in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of area equipment alongside Electromechanical Technicians * Ensuring availability and productivity of bagging and palletizing equipment and related machinery * Responsible and committed professionals (with an owner’s mindset), results-oriented, flexible, and hands-on (willing to work directly in heavy industrial environments) * Identifying and reporting operational failures or deviations to the immediate supervisor * Keeping the workstation clean and organized * Strictly complying with safety, health, and environmental regulations **Requirements to apply:** * Electromechanics training; * Prior experience operating machinery; * Availability to work rotating shifts (6x2 schedule). **You will stand out if you have:** * Experience in the cement or mining sector **Benefits offered:** * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * On-site cafeteria (breakfast and lunch); * ASA Product Kit; * Meal allowance (Alelo); * Chartered transportation; * Life insurance; * Annual Profit Sharing (PLR) (up to 2 salaries, based on goal achievement); * Totalpass. **Selection process stages:** * Application; * Initial screening; * Interview with Talent Acquisition and Selection; * Interview with Leadership; * Offer; Hiring. * **Additional information:** **Work location:** On-site at ASA CBMC Plant in Cabo de Santo Agostinho/PE **Employment type:** CLT – Availability for rotating shifts **Our story stems from the strength of our people** The ASA Group relies on over 1,900 dedicated employees.
