If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP— together, we’ll go much further! **#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** Break down the master production plan (MPP) into weekly/daily plans, balancing product mix, capacity, number of mold cavities, resin consumption, energy, and labor; Conduct daily performance meetings (DMS/SDCA) with supervisors, consolidating KPIs and prioritizing actions; Lead, guide, and support Production Supervisors, ensuring adherence to routines, process standards (PCC, PPR, PPRO), and departmental goals; Evaluate shift leaders’ performance, develop individual development plans (IDPs), and succession plans; Identify technical training needs (mold setup, robots, hot-runner systems, SAP/MES) and behavioral training needs (leadership, problem-solving); Lead and participate in Lean/Six Sigma projects (OEE, SMED, TPM) focused on reducing scrap, cycle time, energy consumption, and resin costs; Validate and standardize new process parameters jointly with Engineering; Assess technical and economic feasibility of new molds, extraction robots, or peripherals (dryers, chillers); Lead root cause analyses (5 Whys, Ishikawa) for critical non-conformities; Promote safety culture by leading daily safety talks (DDS) and incident investigations.
