Plan and distribute tasks among the team, ensuring deadlines and goals are met. Monitor performance indicators (productivity, costs, quality, safety). Implement continuous improvements in operational processes. Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulations and safety policies. Support integration among areas such as logistics, production, maintenance and customer service. Train and develop employees, promoting engagement and capability building. Prepare management reports and support decision-making by coordination/management. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics or related fields (or technical diploma with solid experience). Previous experience in operations supervision or team leadership. Knowledge of performance indicators and management tools. Organizational skills, attention to detail and accountability. Advanced Excel. Strong communication and leadership skills.
