Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for fleet management, service scheduling, maintenance monitoring, and team coordination, keeping customers and managers informed. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of maintenance and systems **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Fleet management; * Keeping the customer informed about repair status; * Scheduling services with suppliers; * Receiving quotations and entering them into the Vector system; * Monitoring internal and external progress status during maintenance; * Coordinating service agents' travel from base to supplier and vice versa; * Updating the Vector system (vehicles); * Maintaining contact with managers; * Requesting mobile workshop services. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Residing in or having easy access to Jaboatão dos Guararapes - PE; * Experience in managing light and/or heavy vehicle fleets; * Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
