Job Summary: Manage electrician teams, supervise work execution, conduct inspections, and monitor production indicators, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations **Responsibilities**: Supervise and manage electrician teams. Inspect the execution of performed services. Conduct Operational DESCs. Send and receive customer service order requests. Perform administrative tasks. Conduct field inspections, monitor production indicators, and oversee systems such as Time Tracking, Solis, Performance, SAP, among others. Ensure electrician teams comply with safety regulations. Monitor compliance with obligations related to material withdrawal, delivery, and application, assessing potential non-conformities. Track delivery of resources by required sub-departments for activity execution, such as warehouse, fleet, and SESMT. **Requirements:** Technical qualification in electricity and/or Electrical Engineering technician. Experience leading teams.
