Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Financial and Budget Planning** * Build and manage the area’s **Operational Plan (OP)** and **Budget Plan (OBZ)** jointly with management. * Conduct detailed financial analyses of the area, ensuring P&L health and proper resource allocation. #### **Strategy, Indicators, and Performance** * Perform periodic performance analyses of the national technical team, proposing structural improvements. * Build, review, and audit goals and metrics for indicators (GPD/GRD). * Conduct **Capacity and Capability** analyses (Capacity Planning) to size teams and forecast demand. * Develop new indicators and conduct reliability testing on the current measurement system. #### **Project and Process Management** * Lead national strategic projects (e.g., Incentive Programs, Premium After-Sales, Performance Championships). * Map and review operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, aiming to improve productivity and service level (SLA). * Draft high-complexity documents, such as **PR/FAQs** and **Initiative Narratives**. * Support the development of the Training and Integration Plan (PAT). #### **Data Science and Business Intelligence** * Apply statistics and data analysis to solve complex area-specific problems. * Conduct statistical analyses to support managerial decision-making. * Consolidate materials for monthly senior management meetings (Executive Board, Customer Service, and FOOD Commercial), linking operations to business results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, Administration, Economics, or Statistics). * **Experience:** Experience in indicator analysis and process/project management. * **Tools:** Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets; BI tool knowledge (e.g., Qlik Sense) is desirable. * **Hard Skills:** Process mapping, financial analysis, and basic statistical analysis. **Desirable:** * **Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt)** or higher certification. * Knowledge of **Data Science** (Python, R, or SQL) for predictive analytics. * Experience with executive writing methodologies (Narratives and PR/FAQs). **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Monthly Product Kit; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life Insurance; * Wellhub.
