We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your missions will be to be a guardian of our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support budget development and ensure its execution, monitoring condominium expenses (electricity, water, materials, and services); * Manage the direct operations team (Operations Analyst, Quality Assistant, and Intern) and indirect third-party teams (Quality, Maintenance, and Parking), delegating tasks, evaluating delivery quality, and fostering team development; * Develop action plans and schedules to meet operational needs and manage unit inputs; * Monitor and present the forecasted parking demand to Management; * Track deadlines for contracts and legal documents of third-party companies serving the unit (Parking, Maintenance); * Ensure compliance with processes of the Quality and Excellence Program. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite. Desirable: * Operation/maintenance/assembly of substations; * Experience on construction sites; * Operation/maintenance of air conditioning systems.
