Job Summary: Operate weaving machines, perform adjustments, monitor the production process, identify and correct faults, meet targets, maintain workplace organization, and support maintenance. Support for preventive maintenance Main Responsibilities \- Operate weaving machines in accordance with quality and safety standards. \- Perform basic adjustments and calibrations on equipment. \- Monitor the production process to ensure fabric integrity. \- Identify and correct faults during production. \- Meet productivity targets set by management. \- Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. \- Support preventive maintenance and report repair needs. Requirements \- Attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to quality. \- Availability to work rotating shifts.
