Job Summary: The professional will perform operating system installations, user support, hardware maintenance, and network and software configuration. Key Highlights: 1. Network, VPN, and office system configuration **Description of duties the professional will perform:** Installation of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems (hardware, software, networks, internet) Join computers to the domain. Connect printers to the network or locally via USB. Provide user support for the company and organization. Assemble and maintain desktops and notebooks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Office 365\. Create standard images for computer labs. VPN configuration. Smart board configuration. Perform preventive and corrective hardware maintenance, including fault diagnosis and repairs. Assist and monitor ticketing systems with SLA compliance. Install, configure, and update hardware components and systems. Conduct performance testing to ensure hardware efficiency. Identify and resolve IT hardware-related issues. Provide technical support to users regarding hardware issues. **Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:** Intermediate Windows, Office 365\. Familiarity with disk cloning tools (Norton Ghost, Clonezilla, Acronis) is desirable. Ability to create standard Windows-based images, basic Windows Server knowledge, Adobe Suite, AutoDesk installation and configuration, VPN client validation, TCP/IP protocol, Wi-Fi network configuration, antivirus configuration, analysis and maintenance of desktops and notebooks, operating system (Windows) and application installation, joining computers to a domain, installing printers on a network or locally via USB, providing user support for the company or organization. **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. **Experience Required:** 6 months. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Operating Systems, Networks ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Government
