We are looking for a **Machine Operator** to join SARSTEDT's Production team. This professional will be responsible for operating machines and injection molding machines, performing process analyses and technical adjustments, as well as providing technical and operational support to Operators A and B. **Responsibilities and duties** **Main activities include:** * Operate medium and high-complexity assembly machines, ensuring proper material supply and removal of finished materials for dispatch, according to defined standards. * Perform technical adjustments on equipment, ensuring proper operation and process compliance. * Operate and monitor injection molding machines, supplying materials and removing injected parts. * Monitor the performance of assembly machines, identifying and reporting anomalies or deviations. * Prepare labels and records for material identification. * Conduct self-control tests and product quality inspections, completing reports and records as necessary. * Record information in the shift logbook, ensuring traceability and process continuity, as well as assisting other operators in correctly and consistently filling out shift logbooks. * Conduct shift handover, reporting critical points and leaving the machine in compliant condition. * Prepare machines and tools during setups and production changes, according to production order specifications. * Provide support to Level A and B operators, sharing technical knowledge and guiding correct practices and operational standards when needed. * Comply with and promote adherence to EHS and Quality standards throughout all activities. * Participate in internal training for technical and operational development. **Requirements and qualifications** **Essential Competencies:** * Completed high school or technical course. * Minimum of 2 years of experience operating industrial machinery. * Ability to operate and adjust automatic and semi-automatic machines. * Teamwork skills, focused on achieving goals and complying with operational standards. * Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information, such as in shift logbook entries. * Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with area rules and procedures. * Yellow Belt certification. **It will be an advantage if you have:** * Certification or specific course in industrial machine operation. * Knowledge in root cause analysis. * Familiarity with production control and continuous improvement tools (e.g., SMED, TPM). * Ability to conduct and interpret self-control tests and quality inspections. * Basic knowledge of technical drawing and interpretation of product specifications. * Green Belt certification. **Additional Information** **Work location:** Porto Feliz - SP. **Work schedule:** On-site, Monday through Friday. **Availability to work:** Shift 1 or Shift 2. **Benefits:** * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Food Voucher * Meal Voucher * Fuel allowance or shuttle service (for residents of Porto Feliz - SP) * Total Pass We are one of the world’s leading suppliers of laboratory and medical equipment.
