If you are a professional with leadership qualities, organizational skills, a results-oriented mindset, and wish to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate patrol teams, ensuring compliance with established procedures; * Manage the operational team by assigning tasks, preparing schedules, and monitoring goals; * Conduct technical inspections and ensure service quality; * Supervise inventory control and maintenance of the Unit’s infrastructure; * Develop and standardize processes for continuous improvement; * Handle customer complaints and monitor customer satisfaction; * Participate in recruitment processes and conduct team performance evaluations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, or related fields is preferred); * Experience leading operational teams; * Knowledge of inventory control and maintenance routines; * Proficiency in Excel and management tools; * Driver’s license category B. **Desired Competencies:** Leadership, assertive communication, proactivity, results orientation, organization, resilience, interpersonal skills, ethics, and adaptability.
